3. Prompt response to Management of client
4. Warning system of unruly tenants
5. 28 Day Notice served to client if repeated offender of breach in License Agreement
6. Staff supervision at least twice weekly with Young Person
7. Minor damage repair
8. HQYP to report repairs
What Is Expected From a Landlord by HQYP
1. Assured short hold 6 Month Tenancy
2. Understanding towards companies activates an allow us to manage clients Insurance for Fixtures, Fittings and Buildings with Regard to Fire, Flooding and Accidental Damage.
3. Agreement to work alongside HQYP Ltd
4. Relevant and Legal Landlord checks for Electric (if applic) and Gas Safety
5. Safe and prompt repairs to properly, fixtures when requested by HQYP
6. Communal area cleanliness and hallways
7. Negotiation and return of deposit
8. We agree to the above requirements
9. Both Parties agree if the landlord wants tenancy to end within the first six months of a Company Letting, HQYP will not be held liable for the rent. After the client is moved and the property is made vacant.
We have policies and procedures in place to ensure properties are maintained to a good standard by the tenant.
